The Susquehanna County Tick-Borne Diseases Task Force Phyllis Konstas and Karen Mitchell man an informational booth at the Agricultural Days Event inside the Elk Lake School. This is part of the efforts Susquehanna County Commissioners adopted to get awareness into our county.
Phyllis Konstas member of the Susquehanna County Tick-Borne Diseases Task Force (SCTBDTF) also runs the Montrose Area Lyme Disease Support Group where meetings are held in the Button-Weller Chiropractor building. For more information email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Karen Mitchell also a member of (SCTBDTF) is also an active member of the Montrose Area Lyme Disease Support Group (MALDSG), and Board member of our new non-profit Lyme Disease Coalition, Inc. (LDC).
Our next LDC meeting is in at the Apolacon Township Building, Little Meadows Pa. On March 8th.
Followed by another in New Milford on March 14th
The next TBDTF sponsored event will be at the Elk Lake High School March 25th, where we (LDC) will be offering light refreshments and promotional items for sale to benefit the new non-profit. "Working together against Lyme and related diseases".

The county commissioners are also sharing events on their facebook pages. These are all efforts to get the information into your hands and help protect your loved ones from this epidemic.
